What is the best place to buy cellphones online?

Q. My contract recently ended for my AT&T phone and I'm sick of it and ready to get a new one. I was looking through all the phones on the AT&T site, but all were no good or costly. I thought unlocked phones would all be more expensive than an upgrade, but I noticed tons of comments on youtube phone reviews talking about getting the phone cheaper outside of the service provider. What is the best website for buying AT&T phones cheaper than the AT&T store itself, if any?

A. I used to use AT&T then switched to Straight Talk and now have just went with Sprint. They have a new Unlimited everything for 79.99. What kind of camera should i get i need your help bad!?

Q. I review electronics on youtube (phones computers etc) and i currently have a flip cam, i want an upgrade but what should i get? i want a budget at $200 so let me know what i should get heres what it needs: Good video quality, Audio is not needed i have a mic, needs to be able to focus on small details. That is all really. My sister has a Canon EOS rebel t3 that i can use but it cant focus on small objects without a special lens so links to a good lens for video would be hepful too. THANKS!

A. If you use your sisters camera, you will need to buy a macro lens.

They cost much more than $200, so unless your fee for reviewing electronics cannot pay for such a lens, you may have to settle for a simple $200 P&S camera that has a decent closeup feature.
