How long is the YouTube video uploading limit AFTER I verify my account?

Q. I've verify my YouTube account with phone number and it says successfully increased my upload limit, but what is the exact length more than 15 minutes? I want to upload a 4 hours video.
And, do I need to verify every time or after I verify 1 time then it will be forever for my account?

A. Once you have been verified to upload longer videos, you are all set. No need to do it again unless you get strikes against your account.

I have videos as long as 1 hour 28 minutes. I think you can do 4 hours, but YouTube has a GB limit (I don't know what it is offhand). Check to make sure your video file is under the GB limit and then give it a try.
